A top-secret U.S. military team, has discovered how to control the weather, turning nature into a powerful weapon of destruction. 

All they need is a bright mind to finish the project. Enter Dr. Ron Young (Luke Perry, TV's 90210)—risk-taking professor, inventor and renowned meteorologist. But when a hurricane launched to obliterate Mexico's west coast is re-routed to L.A., Dr. Young is the only one who can stop it. 

As L.A. readies for the storm of a century, Dr. Young must race to the centre of chaos to stop a man-made killer gone astray.
