The former "Glee" star submitted divorce papers on Tuesday after three years of marriage with actor Ryan Dorsey. The couple’s split comes less than two weeks after Naya was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery after allegedly hitting Ryan in the presence of their 2-year-old son.
