Ειδα το Damsel και ειλικρινά περίμενα να δω μια υποφερτή action movie 🍿με την Millie Bobby Brown.
Μέχρι τα 30 λεπτά της ταινίας ήταν πραγματικά ότι περίμενα χωρίς action.
Και μετά άρχισε ο καταιγισμός. Κακογυρισμένη σε κάποια σημεία, συνολικά όμως υποφερτή με εναλλαγές και συγκινήσεις.
Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στην Robin Wright, που έχει πάρει σερί τους ρόλους της βασίλισσας, της μητέρας και γενικά του χαρακτήρα που εξασφαλίζει τη συνέχεια του κατεστημένου.
Ξεκάθαρα το ρίξιμο της πρωταγωνίστριας στο πηγάδι σε πετάει βίαια στην άβυσσος του Νίκου Καζαντζάκη. Πόσο ωμά και απλά.
Η προσπάθεια της Millie Bobby Brown να βγει από τη σπηλιά είναι απόλυτα εμπνευσμένη από το γνωστό σπήλαιο του Πλάτωνα, με μια μικρή παραλλαγή, υπερβολικά σημαντική
Όταν η έξοδος από το σπήλαιο γίνεται με τις οδηγίες των άλλων, πιθανό να οδηγήσει και σε αδιέξοδο.
Η έξοδος από το σπήλαιο είναι μια δυναμική, απόλυτα προσωπική υπόθεση.
Η βοήθεια των άλλων μπορεί να βοηθήσει ,μπορεί και όχι.
Δεύτερο θέμα που κάνει focus η ταινία είναι η αντιμετώπιση του φόβου μας.
Ο δράκος επάξια αντιπροσωπεύει το φόβο που ο καθένας μας έχει για οποιοδήποτε θέμα.
Στο τέλος της ταινίας ο δράκος πάει μαζί με την πρωταγωνίστρια.
Κατάφερε να δαμάσει το φόβο της. Με το μυαλό της.
Μόνο έτσι μπορούμε να δαμάσουμε το φόβο μας.
Με το μυαλό μας.
Γιατί ο φόβος ζει μόνο στο μυαλό μας.
Και για να τον εξαφανίζουμε πρέπει να τον δούμε στα μάτια.
Άξιζε που αφιέρωσα ένα δίωρο για να δω την ταινία.

Είναι σημαντικό να καταλαβαίνουμε τι βλέπουμε και να πιάνουμε το νόημα της secret Guidance των υποθέσεων των ταινιών.
