Ποιο είναι το νόημα της ζωής;

Δεν είναι υπερβολές τα πολλά που έχεις ακούσει για το βιβλίο. Απόδειξη του πραγματικού τρόπου που λειτουργεί ο εγκέφαλος μας και πως μπορούμε να βρούμε το νόημα της ζωής μέσα σε οποιαδήποτε συνθήκη. Δεν υπάρχουν περιορισμοί.

Εχω επιλέξει κάποια Highlights από το βιβλίο του Viκtor Frankl. (Μπορείς να τα μεταφράσεις αλλά το πρωτότυπο είναι καλύτερο, πίστεψέ με)

1. Fundamentally,any man can, even under such circumstances, decide what shall become of him—mentally and spiritually.

2. No man should judge unless he asks himself in absolute honesty whether in a similar situation he might not have done the same.

3. An active life serves the purpose of giving man the opportunity to realize values in creative work, while a passive life of enjoyment affords him the opportunity to obtain fulfillment in experiencing beauty, art, or nature.

4. Suffering, ceases to be suffering as soon as we form a clear and precise picture of it.

5. Thus suffering completely fills the human soul and conscious mind, no matter whether the suffering is great or little. Therefore the “size” of human suffering is absolutely relative.

6. When the impossibility of replacing a person is realized, it allows the responsibility which a man has for his existence and its continuance to appear in all its magnitude.

7. Long ago we had passed the stage of asking what was the meaning of life, a naïve query which understands life as the attaining of some aim through the active creation of something of value.

Ξέρεις πως ο Picasso Χρέωσε μια Χαρτοπετσέτα 100.000$;

Είναι Φανταστικό! Θα σου αρέσει η ιστορία που θα σου πω!

Ήταν ένα υπέροχο απόγευμα σε κάποιο καφέ. Ο Πάμπλο Πικάσο (Pablo Picasso) καθόταν και απολάμβανε τον καφέ του. Ήταν ήδη διάσημος ζωγράφος. Η φήμη του είχε ταξιδέψει σε όλο τον κόσμο. Ήταν πασίγνωστος.

Μια περαστική κυρία, αναγνώρισε το ζωγράφο και τον πλησίασε.

- Θα ήθελα να μου ζωγραφίσετε σε μια απλή χαρτοπετσέτα οτιδήποτε θέλετε κύριε Πικάσο! Είμαι διατεθειμένη να σας πληρώσω όσο μου πείτε!

Έκπληκτος ο ζωγράφος σήκωσε το κεφάλι. Πήρε την χαρτοπετσέτα που του έδωσε η κυρία και άρχισε να ζωγραφίζει. Δεν του πήρε πάνω απο 5 λεπτά να δημιουργήσει μια μαγευτική εικόνα. Έβαλε την υπογραφή του και ακούμπησε το έργο του στο τραπέζι.

-Καταπληκτικό! Είπε η κυρία. 

-Πόσα χρήματα θα θέλατε κύριε Πικάσο;

Τι απάντησε ο Πικάσο;

- 100.000 $ (το ποσό φυσικά ήταν διαφορετικό,τεράστιο όμως για την εποχή)

Η κυρία σάστισε! Υψώνοντας ελαφρώς τη φωνή της είπε:

-Αν είναι δυνατόν! Είναι καταπληκτικό αυτό που ζωγραφίσατε. Νομίζω ότι 100.000 $ είναι πολλά. Γιατί να σας πληρώσω τόσο ακριβά; Δεν σας πήρε ούτε 5 λεπτά να το κάνετε.

Ο ζωγράφος, πήρε την χαρτοπετσέτα, τη δίπλωσε και την έβαλε στην τσέπη του. Ήπιε μια γουλιά από τον καφέ του ατάραχος! Στη συνέχεια απάντησε όλο νόημα!

- Σαράντα χρόνια μου πήρε να ζωγραφίσω την χαρτοπετσέτα.

Θέλεις να μάθεις τι εννοούσε ο Πικάσο λέγοντας ότι του πηρε 40 χρόνια;

Για να φτάσει ο Πικάσο σε αυτό το επίπεδο δεξιότητας, παιδευτηκε πολύ. Με συνεχείς αποτυχίες. Με επιμονή. Το να φτάσει στο σημείο να ζωγραφίζει κάτι μοναδικά εκπληκτικό σε 5 λεπτά.

Η αμοιβή των υπηρεσιών που προσφέρεις δε βασίζεται στο χρόνο που απαιτείται για την ολοκλήρωσή τους. Η γνώση και η εμπειρία είναι αυτό που αμοίβεται. Η δεξιότητα. Η ικανότητα σε ότι κάνεις. Που το πετυχαίνεις με επίπονη προσπάθεια. Όταν έχεις γίνει αυθεντία στον τομέα σου.

Να επιδιώκεις να γίνεις αυθεντία στον τομέα σου. Θέλει κόπο, πάθος, αγάπη, επιμονή, πίστη και υπομονή. Η ευχαρίστηση που θα νιώσεις επιτυγχάνοντας κάτι τέτοιο, δεν κερδίζεται με κανένα ποσό στον κόσμο....
